Please note that although the Crestwood Association is a non-profit corporation exempt from taxation under Sec. 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code, neither dues payments nor optional donations to the Crestwood Association are tax deductible as charitable contributions.

Annual Membership Drive


The Crestwood Association conducts an Annual Membership Drive each Fall. Block representatives canvass the neighborhood and will either talk with you in person or leave membership information at your home.

Join or Renew Online with PayPal


To join or renew your membership using PayPal, you may complete an online membership form accessed by clicking the button below.  When you compete all required items on the form and click submit, you will be taken to a PayPal Payment Instructions page that will enable you to make a payment via PayPal. When you pay via PayPal, the Crestwood Association does not receive any information concerning your method of payment but instead receives only the email address you provide and the amount you pay. We use that information to match your payment with the information you provided submitted to us on the webform. You may also make donations* to the Crestwood Association, the Crestwood Crime Patrol, or both using this form.

Join or Renew by Mail


You may also join or renew your membership by completing a membership form and submitting it with your remittance (cash, check, or money order) to your block representative or mailing it to The Crestwood Association, P.O.
