The Annual Easter Egg Hunt is the first of the annual Association social events that bring together Crestwood residents, families and friends. The hunt is held in Crestwood Park and usually begins at 10 AM on the Saturday before Easter Sunday. Volunteers gather an hour or so before the hunt begins to set up the park. Families arrive early and play. The Easter Bunny meets and greets the children and is photographed again and again. The hunt begins promptly at 10:00 AM, with the children being divided into several groups by age. In 10-15 minutes, the children have found all of the eggs but attendees remain in the park socializing for an hour or two. Crestwood residents are encouraged to bring their families -- including grandparents, aunts, uncles, grandchildren, nieces and nephews -- and friends to the event. Pictures from past years' hunts are shown below.
