Where would Chesapeake’s Crestwood gas well be?August 17

Chesapeake has filed for two permits for wells at Greenwood cemetery. The neighborhood map has been updated to show where the drilling location would be, according to the map on the Texas Railroad Commission Web site. Or you can search their map for Wellbore API numbers 439-33336 and 439-33513.

The W-1 permit forms on file with the Railroad Commission: A1H, B1H.

Also, the neighborhood map can now be edited by neighborhood residents. You just need to click on the “View larger map” link below the map and sign in to Google Maps with a Google account. If you don’t have one, signing up is free and easy, or you can post a comment here asking for another resident to make your addition to the map. You can also subscribe to the map’s RSS feed to be notified when it changes.
