Committee recommendation: Don’t sign a lease just yetFebruary 7
The Crestwood leasing committee has met with an operator other than Chesapeake who is interested in leasing Crestwood. Discussions are ongoing with the company’s landman and Pernell McClatchy, attorney for Crestline Area, North Hi Mount and Arlington Heights Neighborhood Associations, on the conditions for leasing several Westside neighborhoods.
Although Four Sevens has recently notified some residents in Crestwood of a lease signing party to be held at Arlington Heights Methodist Church several days this month, the committee continues to recommend that our neighborhood hold off for more favorable terms before leasing.
